Privacy Policy
(last updated: July 31, 2009)

This privacy policy identifies the ways we collect, use and protect email addresses obtained through our website, as well as your options for unsubscribing to Stonehedge's eNewsletter.

In various places on our website and on site at Stonehedge, we gather email addresses for the purpose of allowing people to voluntarily subscribe to Stonehedge's eNewsletter, a free, monthly electronic newsletter which updates subscribers on current and upcoming events as well as items of seasonal garden interest at Stonehedge. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the "unsubscribe" link at the end of each newsletter. Stonehedge does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise exploit in any way the email addresses of eNewsletter subscribers and recipients. Periodically, Stonehedge's Membership committee and non-profit board sends out information regarding membership offers and other important garden news. Our website may set “cookies” for the purpose of collecting aggregate statistics about the total number of visitors to our website and visitor's individual program interests. Cookies on this site are used by ourselves and nobody else.

Revisions to our Privacy Policy

If for any reason it becomes necessary for Stonehedge to revise its privacy policy, an advisory notice will be emailed explaining the change and offering subscribers the opportunity to opt out. Such revisions may arise in response to changes in the law, policy, our site, or other factors.
